Place one or two unpeeled garlic cloves inside, close the lid, and roll the unit back and forth across a flat surface for 3–5 seconds. The mesh friction separates the papery skin from the clove without crushing or cutting. Compatible with standard garlic cloves up to approximately 3 cm in length.

How to Use
- Place 1–2 unpeeled garlic cloves inside the chamber
- Close the lid
- Roll the unit back and forth on a flat surface for 3–5 seconds
- Open the lid — the skin separates from the clove and remains inside the mesh
- Remove the peeled clove; shake or rinse out the skin
Cleaning
- Rinse under running water after each use to clear garlic skin from the mesh
- Top-rack dishwasher safe
- Hand wash with warm water and dish soap if garlic residue remains in the mesh
