Draw the blade across the skin of the vegetable or fruit in a single stroke — peelings fall directly into the bucket below, keeping the counter and cutting board clear.

How to Use

Hold the handle, position the stainless steel blade against the skin of the vegetable or fruit, and draw toward you in a single stroke. Peelings collect in the bucket below. Empty the bucket into the compost or trash when full.

Cleaning

  • Rinse the blade and bucket under running water after each use
  • Hand wash with warm water and dish soap; top-rack dishwasher safe
  • Dry the stainless steel blade immediately after washing to prevent water spots
