A handheld vegetable peeler and slicer with a 420-grade stainless steel blade. The blade peels and slices firm vegetables and fruits in a single draw stroke. Compatible with broccoli stems, cabbage, melon, cucumbers, carrots, and similarly firm produce. Plastic handle with textured grip surface.
